You will have your Account Manager as your primary point of contact, but then you will also have individual team members who will be your go-to for specific needs. If you are not sure which team member to contact, we also have a support ticketing system in place so that you can always submit a ticket to support.
If you have an existing PR or traditional marketing strategy, this is something you will have to continue managing outside of our partnership. Our specialty is inbound, so we do not take on other efforts. We will, however, help you optimize these traditional efforts in an inbound way by supplying you with unique tracking numbers and other tools to be able to track your success from these efforts. This will help you understand if you are actually getting any business from these efforts and then decide from there if you want to continue investing in these offline efforts.
